My experience in football began at the age of 5 with the first goal scored with all the passion and dream of being one of the best. Time passes, I played without reaching the levels I wanted, now I coach but the passion and dream are the same!

What I Do

Coaching Football

I structure training sessions aimed at transferring the technical-tactical concepts to my players and at the same time I try to make the players perform at their best based on their strengths. Each training session has the same objective from the warm-up to the last drill performed, this is because it allows players to gradually adapt and understand the concept more quickly.

Match & Performance Analysis

I make an accurate and objective analysis of the critical events that occur during a sports performance, observing the performance of a team in a competitive environment. I objectively evaluate the characteristics of sporting activity and / or movement, without issuing a qualitative judgment, paying particular attention, both in preparation and during the sporting event, to the biomechanics of the movements of individual athletes.

Data Analysis

I collect data, organize them, analyze them and make them accessible to all the bodies belonging to the sports clubs and to carry out these actions, I use software, descriptive and predictive techniques to be applied to the data to extract values: the "summary data", usable by the resources of the managerial area who, from the data drawn up, must draw conclusions and make decisions.

Ho avuto modo di conoscere Alessandro Imbrogno e lavorarci durante la stagione agonistica di futsal 2020/2021 (Campionato di Serie B). Durante questo periodo ha dimostrato tutto quello che si può desiderare da un collaboratore: competenza, affidabilità e correttezza. Tra i suoi punti di forza devo sottolineare: la cura maniacale del dettaglio e la velocità di apprendimento di uno sport come il futsal, sembra mi legga nel pensiero. Infine, non di minor importanza, la disponibilità e la voglia di completare il processo di maturazione della squadra con sfumature che solo il lavoro di match analyst può evidenziare. Ragazzo spettacolare... farai strada !!!

I had the pleasure of having Alessandro as a Student in my “Data Analytics in Sport” course at the JCI. Alessandro has a great passion for sport performance that mixed with his analytical skills make him a very effective sport performance analyst. Alessandro went always extra mile in all the assignments I was giving to the class and accepted additional challenges as he wanted to learn as much as possible. Alessandro invests a lot on himself. I was pleasantly surprised to see he’s involved with multiple academies to really establish a solid foundation for his career in sport. His passion, dedication, studies background and experience on the pitch make him a great mix that any club would benefit from.
